Jazz & Josh Rock Leeds Castle - What A Wedding
Jazz and Josh’s spring wedding at Leeds Castle genuinely felt like stepping into another world for the day. There are wedding venues… and then there’s Leeds Castle. Set amongst acres of stunning grounds and surrounded by water, it somehow manages to feel both impossibly grand and incredibly welcoming at the same time. Every corner of the place looks cinematic, from the sweeping views across the estate to the historic interiors packed with character. And then there’s the Maiden’s Tower — which, honestly, might be one of the most spectacular ceremony spaces anywhere in the South East. The flowers by Louise Roots completely transformed it too, filling the room with colour and texture in a way that felt almost unreal.
Jazz looked absolutely incredible, and Josh’s reaction during their first look said everything really — completely blown away. Before the ceremony we managed to sneak away for a few quiet moments on that amazing staircase at the Maiden’s Tower, grabbing some final portraits of Jazz before anyone spotted us. Afterwards, we jumped into one of the buggies and headed up to what the staff affectionately call “the money view” — that iconic spot overlooking the castle across the water. Fair to say… I understood the nickname immediately.
Back inside, the attention to detail carried on everywhere you looked. The table styling was honestly some of the best I’ve seen — elegant without feeling overdone — and the meal itself was unreal. Speeches swung perfectly between emotional and chaotic, with loads of laughter mixed in amongst the tears. Then came one of my favourite surprises of the whole day: guests quietly disappearing during the evening… only for it to turn out they were heading off to become the band. A genuinely brilliant live set followed, complete with a guest appearance from their youngest son, which somehow made the whole evening feel even more personal and memorable.
And then the party properly kicked off. A packed dance floor, huge energy all night, and finally a first dance from Jazz and Josh that absolutely delivered — lifts, spins, throws… the lot. The kind of ending that leaves everyone grinning on the way home.
